Chris brings more than two decades of real estate experience to his role at Engel & Völkers, with a career rooted in Colorado’s most iconic mountain towns. He works out of our Snowmass Village and Carbondale shops, actively representing clients throughout the Roaring Fork Valley—with exceptional market knowledge, a strategic approach, and trusted, long-standing relationships.

In 2024, Chris ranked #6 in total sales volume across the valley, closing over $180 million in transactions, including representation for one of the region’s most prominent luxury developers. His deep expertise in ski-in/ski-out properties and new construction developments is paired with a proven ability to guide both buyers and sellers at every price point with discretion and confidence. Chris began his real estate career in 2004 after serving as a Director for the Breckenridge Ski Resort and Resort Chamber, bringing valuable insight into resort marketing and lifestyle branding. He went on to play a key role in launching Snowmass Base Village as part of the East West Partners sales team. Now with Engel & Völkers, he leverages a powerful international network while offering a highly personal, concierge-level experience for his clients.

Outside of work, Chris embraces the very lifestyle he helps others discover—whether it’s fly fishing on the Frying Pan, mountain biking Snowmass trails with his son, or hiking along the Roaring Fork River with his wife Shelly and their kids, Nick and Georgia. He’s not just a knowledgeable advisor—he’s a passionate ambassador for the community he calls home.
