ASPEN
No other mountain town in the world offers a lifestyle that Aspen is so famous for. The great outdoors is replete with every imaginable recreational endeavor, and cultural opportunities are in abundance involving all the arts. The music scene presents all genres to please the soul, while intellectual stimulation is plentiful, and Mother Nature is resplendent every season. All pursuits can be fulfilled in this most beautiful setting. The historic city of Aspen is like no other, and those lucky enough to live or visit here all concur. It is a haven in the Rocky Mountains where sunshine prevails and a most friendly community thrives.
SNOWMASS VILLAGE
Established as a ski area in 1967, Snowmass Village has evolved to become a world-class resort, winter and summer. Luxury houses, condominium developments and first-class hotels continue to appear on the landscape and in the expanding Base Village, many with ski-in/ski-out access. Residential subdivisions along the two roads leading to Snowmass feature large estates on generous acreage. But Snowmass is not just for skiing anymore. On-mountain summer activities, the Anderson Arts Ranch, the Snowmass Golf Course, and special events draw thousands of visitors to this gem in the Rockies that has become world-renowned in its own right, and just a few miles from Aspen.
BASALT
For the past 20 years, Basalt has dramatically grown well beyond the quaint historic town it still appears to be in the current “downtown” location. The town’s boundaries have shifted further south and west as it continues to expand with an abundance of commercial enterprises, residential options, offices, retail stores, arts facilities, and dining choices. Basalt is now home to the Roaring Fork Club, a private residential golf and fishing club, to The Wilds, an exclusive condominium development overlooking the town, and to many real estate subdivisions with some homes along the Frying Pan or Roaring Fork rivers.
CARBONDALE
Carbondale is not just another small Colorado mountain community located in a beautiful setting perfect for an active outdoor lifestyle and conducive to creative endeavors. It is ranked as one of the best towns in the country in which to work and play. The downtown area boasts of independent merchants, excellent restaurants, a first-rate theater-in-the-round, several arts organizations, a popular small-town movie theater, coffee shops, craft breweries, yoga studios, and more. There are modest houses and townhomes within easy walking distance of Main Street and, in spite of nearby luxury developments outside the town, Carbondale has retained its much sought after friendly and casual reality.
